Every engagement begins with a 45 minute strategy consultation for $397. For petitioners who have received a denial, that session covers:

Consultation credit
The $397 fee is deposited into the firm's IOLTA trust account and is fully credited toward legal services if you retain the firm within 30 days. Any unearned portion is returned.
No obligation to continue
There is no obligation to proceed to the next milestone.

The Milestone Structure
This is the milestone structure the firm follows for EB-1A, NIW, and O-1A petitions.
Milestone 01: Assessment & Strategy
Detailed review of your record, case strength assessment, final merits determination strategy, recommendation letter strategy mapping, & honest overall assessment about readiness to file given current adjudication trends. Includes 45 min-1 hour consultation to discuss findings in the written legal memorandum.
Milestone 02: Recommendation Letters & Evidence
Drafting & finalizing letters of recommendation, assistance with writer outreach as needed, collection & analysis of evidence to include in petition filing, reconciliation of inconsistencies across the entire record.
Initiated once client and attorney agree on Milestone 1 assessment & strategy.
Milestone 03: Petition Drafting & Exhibit Package
Drafting petition letter, exhibit package assembly.
Initiated once evidence collection substantially complete and letter writer network confirmed.
Milestone 04: Final Assembly & Filing
Final assembly of complete filing. Review and revisions as needed. Submission to USCIS. Response to RFE, if applicable.
Initiated when signed documents received and final package approved by client.
